v2.1 Astro 7 + Architecture Cleanup

Upgraded to Astro 7.1.4. Layout.astro global script broken up into component-scoped islands (Header, FaqSection, page-owned sliders). Card components (Property, Blog, Agent) now carry their own scoped CSS — self-contained and portable. Removed dead CSS. Tablet-portrait (768–991px) grids fixed to hold 2 columns.

A full visual overhaul — a clean, premium marketplace direction with Bricolage Grotesque display type, an emerald palette, soft layered cards, and refined components throughout.
